Add the samples you want with the "Sample Request" button on each product page, then apply using the form below. The item numbers you add are entered automatically in the "Requested sample item numbers" field.
View Other Products- Please be sure to enter the item numbers you are requesting samples of. If you would like only a catalog, please use the Contact Form.
- Samples of some products, such as trim pieces and patterned tiles, are charged for (shipping billed separately).
- Depending on the type of sample and stock availability, there are cases where we cannot ship it.
- We are unable to handle requests for large quantities of samples, so please refrain from making them.
