The entrance and kitchen of a model house by Yokota Mitsuyasu Architectural Research Institute Co., Ltd. selected floor tile “Perrancho (PER-1)” with a Glisten Coat finish.

Glisten Coat is a resin wax for interior [wall and floor] surfaces that suppresses stain adhesion and surface powdering while preserving the material’s natural texture. It brings out a deep luster that makes the most of the rustic color and texture of the handmade, terracotta-look floor tile “Perrancho (PER),” and shows strong resistance to rainwater tracked into entryways and similar areas.
